Community Manager

The community manager position is a full-time community property manager who will manage 5-6 associations within their portfolio of clients. Duties include but are not limited to: working with elected and/or appointed homeowner volunteers at Board and Committee levels guiding them through decisions for the day to day operations of the association, attending monthly Board of Directors meetings, preparing monthly Board packets, reviewing monthly financial statements and aging report, coding and processing invoices, overseeing the maintenance and administration of the vendors, conducting property site inspections, preparing annual budgets, and enforcing the architectural standards and rules governing the community.
