Members of CAI are preparing to gather in Sacramento for our annual Legislative Day at the Capitol to educate legislators on current issues affecting California’s 55,000 Community Associations. However, the legislators are not the only ones who become better informed – everyone who attends our Legislative Day has something to gain.
During this two-day event, attendees join briefing sessions with CAI’s lobbyist to learn what new changes are on the horizon and hear Case Law updates involving homeowners.
