Governor Jerry Brown yesterday signed into law CLAC-sponsored Assembly Bill 1412. The bill will allow Associations to use addresses on file for off-site owners if they don’t provide mailing addresses annually, and will provide liability protection for volunteer officers and directors of residential or mixed use common interest developments.
