Today, CAI-CLAC scored a major victory on SB 721. Senator Hill agreed to amend his bill in the Assembly Business and Professions Committee to delete Section 2 of the bill, which pertains to Common Interest Developments. With that amendment, the bill passed on a unanimous vote.
Our success was made possible by the efforts our members throughout the State who contacted their local legislator to voice concerns about how the bill would impact homeowners.
