Condominiums abound in California with many owners and community managers having some manner of experience with condo communities. Condos are a unique entity and often present a variety of challenges. Like, how do you draw the line between owner and association maintenance obligations? How do you deal with nuisance issues (pets, smoking, marijuana, etc.)? And new laws will only increase the complexity.
